Cancellations and Refunds

In the event that you or any member of your party needs to cancel your holiday, it is essential to communicate this to us in writing. The date of cancellation will be considered the day on which Travaura LLP receives the notice. It’s important to note that cancellations involve administrative costs and retention charges imposed by hotels, thereby necessitating the following cancellation charges:

  • More than 28 Days: Deposit only
  • 27-14 Days: 50% of the Tour Cost
  • 13-07 Days: 75% of the Tour Cost
  • 06 Days or less: 100% of the Tour Cost

3. Our Reasoning

Cancellation charges are structured to account for the expenses that arise from arrangements made on your behalf, including bookings with accommodations and other service providers. We strive to maintain fairness in the policy while understanding the financial commitments required to secure your travel plans.

4. Flexibility and Consideration

We recognize that situations can vary, and we always aim to work in the best interests of our customers. If you anticipate potential changes to your travel itinerary or have special circumstances, we encourage you to engage with our dedicated Travel Consultants. They will explore possibilities for flexibility and advise you on the best course of action.

5. Timely Notification

To minimize any inconvenience and to ensure a smooth process, it is recommended that you notify us of your cancellation at your earliest convenience. This enables us to manage the various components of your booking effectively.

Refund

Refund Process and Deadlines

Certain reservations are non-refundable, meaning you cannot amend or cancel them for a refund.

Some reservations are returnable, and if you amend or cancel them, you might be entitled to a partial or full refund.

We typically process refunds for qualifying reservations within 14-21 business days

It might take up to 14-21 business days for your financial institution to process your refund, and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement after that.

Refunds for payments made by Credit Card can take up to 21-28 days from the payment date.

When we initiate your refund, you’ll receive an email with a receipt containing information about the amount, method, and timing of the refund.

You’ll generally receive your refund in the same type of currency that you used to make your reservation.

Before making changes or canceling an itinerary, please review the policies and limitations in your itinerary for refund information.
