Following the initial advance payment, the final deadline for the remaining payment will be determined based on the agreement reached during your conversation with our Travel Consultant. This personalized approach ensures that you have a flexible and tailored payment schedule that aligns with your travel plans. Your booking will be securely confirmed once the payment is completed in accordance with the terms discussed.

3. Secure Payment Platform

4. Payment Procedure

To confirm your booking, a deposit ranging from 50% to 100% of the total service cost is required. This deposit guarantees your reservation and locks in your travel plans. The remaining balance must be settled at least 7 days prior to your departure from your hometown.

The advance payment amount is determined based on the nature of the services and the proximity to the service commencement date. For exceptional cases such as special train journeys, and hotel or resort bookings during peak seasons like X-Mas and New Year, full payment in advance is mandatory.
